Take a big bowl and sift the flour in it. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt in it. Mix them together and keep it aside. Take another mixing bowl and add the peanut butter, oil and brown sugar. Whisk the mixture thoroughly until the result is combined and creamy. Then add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat it nicely to get a smooth creamy texture. Now add the flour and buttermilk in the wet mixture and mix them together until combined properly. Make sure you don\u2019t over mix else the cake will become dense and dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now take a baking pan and grease it nicely with the butter. Pour the batter in the pan and spread it evenly. Bake the mixture for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. Check the cake with a toothpick. If it comes out clean then the cake is done, else you need to bake it for a few more minutes.
