9. Strawberry cream roll

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Sugar
  • Water
  • Vanilla extract
  • Baking powder
  • Maida
  • Gelatin
  • Heavy cream
  • Strawberries

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until it thickens and gradually add sugar and beat constantly. Stir in with maida, vanilla extract, water and baking powder. Melt gelatin in the microwave and pour it on strawberries along with 1tbs of sugar. Beat in the cream to medium thickness and fold in with strawberries.
